How airport pickup works
Orbit tracks your flight to JFK. Our dispatch team monitors its progress, assigns your driver once your flight is in the air, and continues watching for delays or diversions.
After landing, collect your bags and, for an international flight, clear immigration. We then contact you with your driver’s details and exactly where to meet.
Two pickup options
- Curbside pickup: Curbside pickup is the standard option and is included in your fixed price.
- Inside meet & greet: Prefer an inside pickup? Meet & greet at baggage claim is available for +$15 for Sedan or +$20 for SUV. A name sign is available on request. Contact Orbit support when you book to add inside meet & greet.
Avoid airport ride scams
At JFK, decline unsolicited ride offers inside the terminal. The Port Authority warns that people offering transportation without official identification may be unlicensed or operating illegally. NYC TLC says illegal rides frequently overcharge; soliciting passengers is prohibited even for TLC-licensed drivers. Use the official taxi stand or a ride you booked in advance, not an offer from someone who approaches you.
